Repair Estimates Require an In-Store Inspection

Phone, tablet and other device repair estimates are based on a physical inspection of the device at our storefront. The final repair options and price depend on the exact model, the condition of the device and the parts available. We provide the estimate after evaluating the device in person.

Prices and Inventory Can Change

Repair prices, accessory prices, phone inventory and prepaid wireless plan availability may change at any time based on market conditions, supplier pricing and stock levels. Any price or inventory shown online is subject to confirmation in store.

Repair Results Depend on Device Condition

The outcome of any repair depends on the original condition of the device, the extent of the damage and whether the device has been worked on previously. Some devices may have hidden damage that is not visible until the repair is underway. We communicate any issues we discover during evaluation.

Water-Damage Recovery Is Not Guaranteed

We can evaluate liquid-damaged devices, but successful repair or data recovery is not guaranteed. Water and other liquid damage can cause progressive or permanent harm to internal components, even after cleaning. We do not promise restoration of the device or recovery of data from liquid-damaged phones.

Manufacturer Names Identify Compatible Products

Talk 4 Less Wireless is an independent wireless retailer and device repair business. References to Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, LG, OnePlus and other manufacturer names are used only to identify compatible devices, parts and services. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or an authorized service provider for these manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

Authorization of Repair Work

Customers authorize repair work separately in the store after receiving an evaluation and available repair options. We do not perform repair work without approval. By approving a repair, the customer agrees to the quoted price and scope of work explained at that time.

Repair Warranties

Any applicable warranty on a repair or replacement part is explained to the customer at the time of service. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of repair and the part used. Warranties typically cover defects related to the repair performed and do not cover new damage, misuse, liquid damage or pre-existing conditions.
